“We’re just doing what we should” one Allegheny student said

It’s that time of year again, and I’m not talking about breaking up with your significant other because of the “Hot girl summer” TikToks you’ve been seeing, I’m talking about college decisions. While it’s an exciting time for many, marking the start of a new period of their lives, a few students that were touring Allegheny College were left horrified after current students screamed “Run for your lives” and “Get out of here as fast as you can” at them.

"Why are they telling us to run?" one of the high schoolers asked their Gator guide.

The tour guide simply shrugged and said, "Oh, they do that sometimes. Just ignore them."

But the screams of "Run!" only grew louder and more aggressive as the high schoolers continued their tour. Students were popping out from behind bushes and buildings, wearing masks and wielding fake weapons, all while shouting at the top of their lungs.

When asked about their thoughts on the school following the conclusion of the tour one student commented, “I was actually considering going here but after what just happened there’s no way I’m stepping foot on this campus again.”

In an attempt to get the students to change their mind the Gator guide said, “Well hey at least you’ll get ice cream if you help the school raise over $1,000,000 that won’t be used on improving life on campus.”
